Thanks for the note.

Yes, the next version of the library will update “MultiFramedRTPSource” so that it never delivers 0-length frames to the downstream object.  (The change to the code won’t be quite what you suggested, however, because it’s important that - even for empty RTP payloads - the fields in the RTP header (sequence number, timestamp, etc.) get recorded and processed properly.)
