Hi,
I'd be interested in this too.
I got the task to add RTP to our current IPTV platform.
The IPTV source I need to be able to play is given: RTP over TCP without RTCP - I know it's rather exotic, but I can't change this.
I thought of trying to use some of the live555 libraries.
