[Live-devel] Live555 Proxy Server - Strange behavior when additional client connects

As mentioned earlier, I'm using the live555ProxyServer to be able to record
and view streams from four cheap cameras concurrently.

There seems to be something strange going on when an additonal client
connects to an already active proxied stream.
The stream is h264+aac.

After some testing it seems:
- OpenRTSP version v2015.07.23, recording to file: keeps recording with no
obvious problems
- VLC, User-Agent: LibVLC/2.1.5 (LIVE555 Streaming Media v2014.05.27):
Stream stalls at the same time as the addtional client starts playing.
Playback sometimes recovers after a few seconds, sometimes not.
- avconv, version: 0.8.17-6:0.8.17-1, recording to file: Recording is
interrupted with error message at the same time as the additional client
starts playing.

I did some quick tests with wireshark:
live555ProxyServer keeps sending packets to the already active client, but
the RTP timestamps suddenly take a large jump backwards.
This seems to happen every time for the video stream, I saw it once also
for the audio stream.
Some quick testing with VLC show audio keeps playing but the video is
stalled most of the times.

Please let me know if I can help debugging this by providing wireshark
dumps, logs etc.

/Erik
