On the other hand, if you’re streaming from a live source (i.e., if your NAL units are generated in ‘real time’ - e.g., by a video encoder), then you should probably not set “fDurationInMicroseconds” at all - i.e., it will be left at its default value of 0.

But if your NAL units are coming from a pre-recorded source (i.e., if they will be delivered to you immediately, as soon as you ask for them), then you should set “fDurationInMicroseconds”.
