Ross, minor correction:

   RTSPServer::RTSPClientSession(ourClientConnection, urlPreSuffix, urlSuffix, fullRequestStr); 

should be 

   RTSPServer::RTSPClientSession::handleCmd_SETUP(ourClientConnection, urlPreSuffix, urlSuffix, fullRequestStr);
