I have no idea whether or not the "Milestone ONVIF Bridge” was built using the LIVE555 libraries.  But if it’s a RTSP server, then you should be able to access it using a standard RTSP client like VLC, or “openRTSP” <http://www.live555.com/openRTSP/>.  I presume you’ve already tried this.

What does “expects RTSP packets” mean?  There’s no such thing as a “RTSP packet”.  RTSP is a *protocol*.  And why are you trying to connect two *servers*?

But because the "Mutualink Edge Server” is (I presume) something that your company manufactures, then you (I presume) should know what it does, how it works, whether it can receive data (as well as stream it to separate clients, which is what the word “server” implies), and - if so - what kind of data it expects.  Nobody on this mailing list can be expected to know this.

So, IMHO, you should be asking for help within your own organization before asking on this mailing list.
