Thanks for the note.  I’ll be including this change in the next release of the software.  (However, I won’t be including the “UsageEnvironment&” parameter, for consistency with “makeSocketNonBlocking()”, and to avoid having to change any existing code that calls “makeSocketBlocking()”.)
