There’s nothing wrong here.  You apparently told the proxy server to try to access the back-end server using RTSP-over-HTTP (by giving it the “-T 5000” command-line option) - but the back-end server does not support RTSP-over-HTTP.  (Instead, it ‘handles’ the HTTP “GET” request by returning a HTTP “Not Found” error.)

Therefore, don’t use the "-T <http-port-number>” option with this back-end server; it won’t work.
