By “QT”, I assume that you mean this:

I don’t know what “the function for live555” means.  “openRTSP” is a command-line application.  You are assumed to know how to build and run command-line applications (in whatever software development environment/toolkit that you are using).

What happens when you run “openRTSP” (given the “rtsp://“ URL of your IP camera) as a command-line application (with *no modifications* to the provided LIVE555 source code)?  Does it work OK?
