Unfortunately I don’t have access to a raw video RTP stream, so I can’t test this myself.  So, you’re going to have to debug this for us.

We changed the implementation of “RawVideoRTPSource” in version 2020.07.21, to address this problem:

The intended fix - made in version 2020.07.21 - was not to set “fCurrentPacketCompletesFrame” unless:
	1/ The packet has the RTP ‘M’ bit set, and
	2/ We have just processed the last line in the packet.

If this is not working as intended, then please propose a patch.
