Thank you for the report.  I have just released a new version (2023.06.14) of the “LIVE555 Streaming Media” code that should fix this (and most, if not all, of the other errors that you and “jerry testing” have reported).  If you decide to do any further testing on the code, please do so using this version (or any future version).

Also, a suggestion for the future: Please report only one suspected bug at a time.  It is often the case (as it was this time) that what appears to be multiple, different, bugs are actually just instances of a single bug.  And even if not, the fix to one bug can sometimes effect the behavior of other bugs.

NOTE TO RTSP SERVER DEVELOPERS:
If you deploy a RTSP server that serves (or may serve) a Matroska (“.mkv” or “.webm”) file, then you should upgrade to the latest version of the LIVE555 code ASAP.
