Sorry, but once you modify the supplied source code (in this case, the code in the “mediaServer” subdirectory), you cannot expect any support on this mailing list.

If you can identify a bug with the existing (unmodified) “testOnDemandRTSPServer.cpp” code (by defining SERVER_USE_TLS to 1, and PATHNAME_TO_CERTIFICATE_FILE and PATHNAME_TO_PRIVATE_KEY_FILE, at compile time), then let us know.
