PATCH: Add support for SO_BINDTODEVICE

Hey all,

We are using live555 on a system using VRF for L3 network segmentation, so
need to call SO_BINDTODEVICE on sockets to get them to use the right
network on the system.

This patch adds a straightforward way to do this, through a similar method
of setting the local adapter address.

I hope you consider it for inclusion upstream.
