"unable to open include file". Finally, I found ntwin32.mak and
win32.mak from VC include folder. But Borland's bcc32 stilled failed with
"Incorrect command line option: -W3". Is it necessary to use ntwin32.mak? I have
tried with only "TargetOS=Winnt", the lib file still can be generated by
Borland's bcc32.</FONT></DIV></FONT>
