
Since the RTP package won't be synchronized&nbsp; until the first RTCP

package arrives, it take a little too long time to synchronized the

first RTP package. I found in liveMedia that the only parameter I can

tune is <em>totSessionBW in RTCPInstance::create(). Should I make it greater or smaller?<br>
