The very bottom of the LiveMedia webpage has links to software based on LIVE555 LiveMedia code. The Morgan RTP Filters are DirectShow Filters based on the LiveMedia libraries. I don't know if they're exactly what you want (since they don't make all of the source code available), but you should take a look.
