don't come from a file (and because doesn't seem to be a single,
well-defined way to package H.264 video data in byte-stream form
anyway), each developer who wants to stream his H.264 video source
will need to write a "H264VideoStreamFramer" subclass that
encapsulates the H.264 video source (thereby delivering the H.264
video data in discrete NAL units).</font></div>
