transmit "User name SDES item" using RTCP, so in the addSDES(), I enqueue the
name after the SDES item in the form of NAME=2 length text, however, when I use
Ethereal to grap packet, SDES items show that they only includes one
Type(CNAME).</FONT></FONT></DIV>
