Hi:
I am developing a web application that has to be able to transmit wav
files audio over RTP to a destination IP, where a Cisco IP Phone is 
ready
to accept that RTP stream.
I need to transmit 50 RTP packets per second, G711 u-law, and I have 
wav
files format of 8 bit, 8000Hz, Mono.
I wonder if you have any software solution that can be used in my ASP.
NET
application to accomplish this task.
