VLC (<a href="http://www.videolan.org" target="_blank">www.videolan.org</a>) will do it for you - tick &quot;Stream/Save&quot; in the &quot;Open&quot; dialog, then open Settings and check &quot;File&quot; in the outputs. &nbsp;The default is encapsulation in MPEG-TS without transcoding.<br>
