<div>No, that's not going to help. If his file format really is
"MPEG-4" - i.e., ".mp4", then sorry, we don't
support that. If, however, his file format is MPEG-4 Video
*Elementary Stream* data, then we do support it (if the file is given
the filename extension ".m4e").</div>
