I had put 1 more Transport Stream file on our FTP site.
Now we have 2 TS files there...
"Mermaid.ts" & "ChronoCross.ts", FYR.

Please visit our FTP site with following account information
Let me try to express our situation again...

We used "Mermaid.ts"*
as Transport Stream source, streaming it via Live555 (RTSP).

The RTSP client is our own RTSP player.

Using Wireshark to capture packet(s) from Live555 to RTSP client,
for analysis.

* (The "Mermaid.ts" is in our FTP site,
which located on "/original_TS/")

In same time period of "Mermaid.ts", for example, 00:15 ~ 01:15

Play it in normal play mode

The packet(s) Live555 send are normal TS packet

Play it in FF2x mode

The packet(s) Live555 send comes with much extra PES header
packet

I'm not sure if it is a bug, if you need us to present more information
to make it clear, please tell me.
I'll done it as best as I can do.

Much thanks for your help~ ^_^
