<div>The 'problem' here is the excessively 'VBR' nature of your input
file, which was causing the code to run into the
"SegmentQueueSize" limit. Increasing this limit from
10 to 20 eliminates the error. (This will be fixed in the next
release of the software.)</div>

<div>The extreme 'VBR-ness' of your input file might be causing some
difficulties elsewhere. If you're still having problems with
this file, you might want to consider reencoding it using less
aggressive VBR - if you can.</div>
