I recompiled live555 with –DLOCALE_NOT_USED in COMPILE_OPTS. This also avoided the segfault, and could be a workaround for those that don’t want to or can’t modify uClibc.<BR>

Thanks for mentioning this. Do you know if there's anything that we could do in our code ("liveMedia/Locale.cpp") to work around this bug, or will developers who use uClibc just need to wait for the bug to get fixed?<BR>
