Note that this is after the RTP connection has been negotiated through RTSP. Is this a KeepAlive type mechanism? After examining the code, and doing some light reading, it seems a KeepAlive might be needed as the communication between the server and my testRTSPclient is over UDP. This brings me to my second thought.</div>
