<font size="2" face="sans-serif">If the "display" picture is really 800x600 as provided by the attached png file then the stream parameter might specify a 800x600 video display. Yet the camera might encode only the 592 lines since 600 is not a multiple of 16 lines. The last 8 lines from the FFMPEG (VLC) decoder seems shifted and might be an artefact of the internal buffer decoding. However the Cuda decoder might "realize" that the encoded video is only 592 lines and might replace the last missing 8 lines with black data.</font><br>
<br>
<font size="2" face="sans-serif">Note that this doesn't explain why the last valid macroblock of Cuda seems to be corrupted.</font><br>

<font size="2" face="sans-serif">Use Elecard StreamEye Analyzer ! it will probably help by giving you more hints.</font><br>

If the only difference between your two systems is the decoder that you use, then that's a rather strange conclusion to draw.<br>
