<DIV><BR></DIV>It is the server - i.e., the software that *transmits* the data - that chooses the video frame rate.  This is not something that can be controlled by a RTSP/RTP client (like "openRTSP", "testRTSPClient", or "VLC"), which just receives the data.  So, your question should be sent to whoever developed your *server* software; not to us.</DIV><BR><BR>
