(VLC doesn't have this problem because it is decoding, then re-encoding the stream, even if it doesn't 'transcode' to a different codec or frame rate.)<div><br></div><div>The best solution is to use a better media file format - like Matroska - that allows us to record each frame with its precise presentation time.
