<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Yes, to play H.265 RTP streams, VLC needs to be upgraded (recompiled) to use a recent version of the "LIVE555 Streaming Media" code. (VLC uses our code when accessing RTSP/RTP streams.)<o:p></o:p></span></p>
