We found that when doing the FFW or REW, The PID values of the stream id, PMT and Video Elementary Stream are changed to different values.</span></div></div></div></blockquote><div><br></div>Strictly speaking, the trick play mechanism isn't 'changing' the PID, because it's not reusing the original Transport Stream. Instead, it is creating a whole new Transport Stream, using only the video content that appeared in the original Transport Stream.
