VLC uses the "LIVE555 Streaming Media" code only when *receiving* a RTSP stream - i.e., when it's a RTSP *client*.</div><div><br></div><div>When VLC is used as a RTSP *server*, it uses it's own 'jury rigged' implementation of RTSP and RTP/RTCP.
