<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div><div>Hello,<br><br></div>we have an ip-camera streaming via rtsp (h264/AVC) at 5 fps in hd resolution,<br></div>we're trying to record .mp4 file with openrtsp. Recorded stream looks like beeing freezed at the first received frame, though Vlc and ffplay can playback with no issues the stream (in vlc by the way it was necessary to provide a bigger inbound cache from the original 333 ms).<br>the recording works flawlessly with cameras with higher framerates, but
