STEP BY STEP ON HOW TO STREAM A VIDEO FILE USING RTSP STREAM:

1. Install the HandBrake-1.1.2-x86_64-Win_GUI.exe
2. Convert the .mp4/.avi video file to .mkv file using the HandBrake tool
3. Open the Live555 folder and paste the .mkv video file, and then run the StartLive555.bat to host an RTSP Stream to the Server
4. Open VLC player and stream the video -> rtsp://<IP Address where Live555 folder located>/filename.mkv
5. Copy the RTSP URL

NOTE: The StartLive555.bat should be running all the time in able to host the RTSP stream, 
      the rtsp URL should be -> rtsp://<IP Address where Live555 folder located>/filename.mkv (filename.mkv is the name of the video file)
