Yes, unfortuately this is the wrong list, because the RealMedia streaming 
support in MPlayer does not use the standard RTSP/RTP code provided by 
LIVE.COM.  Instead, it is a special-case hack using separate code written 
by someone else.  (The reason for this that RealMedia streaming uses its 
own, proprietary variant of  RTSP/RTP, rather than the standard.)

Instead, the correct list for this question is 
"mplayer-users at mplayerhq.hu".  (I see that you also asked your question there.)
