To repeat: Your file is a *VOB* file, not a true MPEG Program Stream 
file.  You don't stream it using 
"testMPEG1or2AudioVideoStreamer".  Instead, use the "vobStreamer" test 
program (see
<<http://www.live.com/vobStreamer/>http://www.live.com/vobStreamer/>).
