[Live-devel] RTT Calculation

Hi,

I was using the testMPEG1or2VideoStreamer and a QuickTime viewer to check
the RTT between two machines. It came back as 6000 seconds. Both machines
are Windows 2000. I was wondering if the error has something to do with the
OS because 6000 seconds is kind of "impossible".
