Dixon,

Since the round-trip time (assuming that's what you mean by RTT) between 
the streamer and a receiver is clearly not 6000 seconds, there must be a 
problem with your measurement tool.  Is your measurement tool using RTCP 
reports to estimate the round-trip time?  If so, then perhaps it's doing so 
incorrectly??
