Derrick,

There's currently no officially standardized RTP payload format (i.e., RTP 
packetization rules) for the Vorbis audio codec, but if there were, the 
"LIVE.COM Streaming Media" code could easily be updated to support this.

As for the 'ogg' file format - someone would need to write an appropriate 
demultiplexor class for extracting audio and/or video from an 'ogg' 
file.  That would probably not be difficult to do.
