This is odd.  Are your running your two instances of VLC on the same 
computer, or on different computers?

If you're running your two instances of VLC on the same computer, than the 
problem might be with your OS.

If you're running your two instances of VLC on different computers, then I 
can't explain how this could happen.

In any case, you should report your problem to a VLC mailing list (because 
the stream is multicast, the problem has nothing to do with the 
"testMPEG1or2AudioVideoStreamer" server).
