No I wont.  (It's rude to expect people to go out of their way to 
accommodate someone, if they're too lazy to join the mailing list themselves.)

Yes, this is noted in <http://www.live.com/liveMedia/#config-unix> (see the 
section "If you're using "gcc" version 3.0 or greater").

Sometime later this year (probably once FreeBSD 5.* comes out with a 
'STABLE' release), the code will switch to using the new C++ standard 
header file names, instead of the old-style names that it uses now.
