[Live-devel] cannot build by #include <strstream.h>

Hi Ross.

	I received a report mail which Joseph write about this.
	(Joseph doesn't join this ML.  please keep Cc: him.)

	He said that liveMedia cannot build on latest FreeBSD(by
	import new GCC 3.3).  I confirmed this behavior.  Because
	strstream.h was obsolated and it is extincted in new GCC.
	He suggested that change to sstream instead of strstream.h.
	I think so, and confirmed that old (2.95.2) GCC is good,
	but I don't known other environment.
