[Live-devel] Support for on-demand unicast RTSP/RTP streaming of WAV audio files

For some time now the "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" code has had the ability 
to stream from WAV audio files via multicast (as demonstrated by the 
"testWAVAudioStreamer" test program).

Starting wth the latest software release (2004.02.09), there is now support 
for on-demand unicast RTSP/RTP streaming from WAV audio files.  In 
particular, the "testOnDemandRTSPServer" test program now includes a 
demonstration of how to stream from a WAV audio file.
