I'll see if I can find the time to test it soon.

VLC now supports Kasenna mpeg2 multicast, vbrick multicast and ip/tv 
multicast :)
I'm hoping that by VLC 0.7.3 or 0.7.4 it will play almost all streams 
on the MBONE.
