[Live-devel] New test programs for MPEG Transport Streams

As promised, new 'test programs' have now been added for MPEG-2 Program 
Streams:

- "testMPEG2TransportStreamer" reads from a MPEG-2 Program Stream file 
(named "test.ts"), and streams it via RTP multicast.  (The "VLC" media 
player can play this stream.)

- The existing "testOnDemandRTSPServer" application has been updated to 
support the streaming of a MPEG-2 Transport Stream - via RTP unicast - on 
demand.

- "testMPEG1or2ProgramToTransportStream" converts a MPEG Program Stream 
file (named "in.mpg") to an equivalent Transport Stream file (named "out.ts").
