I've streamed this file using both "testMPEG4VideoStreamer" and 
"testOnDemandRTSPServer", and viewed the stream using both QuickTime Player 
(v6.5) and VLC (v0.7.2-test2).  In each case the stream looks OK:

The guy with the short hair stands up from his chair and moves it to the 
other table.  He then walks towards the door, stopping briefly to talk to 
the the other guy (with the afro hairstyle), then leaves the room - at 
which point the video ends (after about 18 seconds).

I don't see anything wrong with this video file.
