[Live-devel] RTSP server support for seeking within streamed files

As Brian Wang noted, the latest release (2004.11.09a) of the "LIVE.COM 
Streaming Media" software includes support for 'seeking' within 
RTSP/RTP-streamed files.

Because files for different media types vary, the support for this is media 
type specific.  At present, seeking is supported for the following file types:
	- WAV audio files
	- MPEG-1 or 2 audio (including MP3) files

For example, if you run the "testOnDemandRTSPServer" test program (a 
unicast RTSP/RTP server), then you will be able to seek within the streams 
for the "test.wav" and "test.mp3" files.
