[Live-devel] about rtcp bye handler

hi, john luo

	  I have a strong interest in the videolan project you mentioned in your letter. 
      I found that if we chose live server as the rtsp server,a lot of the rtsp client 
in Windows suach as winmediaplayer,quicktime player in windows and realplayer could not work well. While videolan player(VLC) work well and it  can play almost all the streams . Why this happens? And is there something wrong in livemedia server or in other clients?
Why VLC can work so well?
