At first glance, no.

However, are you *sure* that your "test.ts" file is really a MPEG-2 
Transport Stream file?

Once again, please put your "test.ts" file on a web server, and send 
us the URL, so I can download it and check for myself what the problem is.

If you can't do this, then I'm not going to be able to help you.  Sorry.
