No.  I think you're misunderstanding what the "openRTSP" application does.

See the code for "testWAVAudioStreamer".  It should be possible to 
modify this to use a new source class "AUAudioFileSource" (that you 
would write), instead of the existing "WAVAudioFileSource" class.
