[Live-devel] RTCP question

Hi,

I'm new to RTP/RTCP and I have a couple of questions:

1. In order to synchronize two RTP channels (say, one for audio, and one for video), is it mandatory to use RTCP?
2. Is there any other way of synchronizing both RTP channels?

Excuse me if these questions sound very simple, but I'm a RTP newbie and I can't figure out how all the RTP stuff works simply by exploring the source code.
